Internship Hub

We provide roughly 300 funded internships each year across the country and around the world. Students selected for IOP Summer 2026 internships will receive a $5,850 stipend for 320 hours of work. The next batch of Summer 2026 IOP internship applications will be open until April 20th at 11:59 pm. The IOP will post additional Summer 2026 internship opportunities monthly during the spring academic quarter.

Additionally, students who have secured unpaid or underfunded summer internships in politics and public service can apply for a partial stipend from the IOP! Awards range in monetary value up to $2,500. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis until May. Apply.
