In his final IOP act before the midterm elections, Institute of Politics director David Axelrod will get the latest from the campaign trail as the nation prepares for a potential power shift in Washington.

Join us for lunch at the iconic Axelrod hang out, Manny’s Cafeteria & Delicatessen, as he catches up with Jonathan Weisman, a political reporter for The New York Times who has been deep in congressional races this year, and former strategist Mo Elleithee, the executive director of Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service, and Tim Phillips, of New Dominion Strategies and former president of Americans for Prosperity. UCID required. Transportation will be provided from the IOP. Current UChicago students only.
