Its industrial policy has boosted its A.I. infrastructure and hardware – like high-capacity servers and semiconductors – and helped to increase its stock of electric vehicles, batteries and solar panels. Now, with The Trump administration’s blessing of China’s purchase of advanced AI chips, will China continue to dominate the tech industry and by extension, the great powers' competition?
