Join IOP Practitioner in Residence Greg Hart (Booth ‘21), Village President of Hinsdale in the Chicago suburbs, in conversation with DuPage County Chair Deborah Conroy. Prior to becoming the first female and Democratic DuPage County Board Chair in 2022, she served in the Illinois State House of Representatives for 10 years. Though Greg and Chair Conroy ran against each other in a very competitive County Chair race in 2022, Greg now often works alongside Chair Conroy to advocate for the Village of Hinsdale to the County Board. Greg and Chair Conroy will discuss how to work with former election opponents, professionalism after campaigns, and what collaboration between cities and counties looks like. RSVP
