Organization Overview:
City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) is a district of seven community colleges that annually serves over 55,000 students from the city of Chicago and beyond. Internship Summary:
To meet students needs, CCC offers in-person, online, and hybrid courses. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we have more students enrolled online than ever before. To support student success, we are hiring a Data Strategist Intern that will analyze course success and student milestone achievement to help us improve supports and offerings to students taking classes fully online.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis on student course success rates and outcomes in fully online, asynchronous courses
- Provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of policies that support student success.
Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills. SQL preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in local government, public policy, or education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Location and Modality:
This internship requires a hybrid work schedule. The offices are located at 180 N. Wabash, Chicago, IL 60601
Start and End Date:
The internship will run from June 10 to September 27, with the flexibility to accommodate specific scheduling needs.
