As a Grassroots Targeting intern, you'll gain invaluable experience working alongside industry experts and contributing to high-profile campaigns across the country.

Internship Summary:
As an intern at Grassroots Targeting, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals and engage in hands-on work that shapes campaign strategy and voter targeting. From assisting in major Microtargeting projects to managing online branding efforts, you'll play a vital role in executing critical tasks that drive campaign success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of major Microtargeting projects, applying predictive analytics to identify target voters and donors.
- Analyze, manipulate, and report data from surveys and modeling, providing insights to inform campaign strategy.
- Create weekly reports for clients to optimize their online brand presence and engagement.
- Help manage and update clients' websites, ensuring a comprehensive and active online presence.
- Monitor and engage in blog conversations, contributing to online discourse surrounding campaign issues.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and list-building projects, maintaining accurate and up-to-date campaign databases.
- Participate in strategy development sessions, collaborating with the team to refine campaign tactics and messaging.

Qualifications:
- Self-motivated individual with a strong interest in politics and campaign strategy.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and manipulate spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in digital branding and online political work is a plus.

About the Supervisor:
Ellen Underwood is the Director of Polling and Research at Grassroots Targeting.

Location and Modality:
This internship will be mostly in person. Ideally our intern would work in the office with the rest of the team Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Start and End Date:
The internship will run from June 10 to September 27, with the flexibility to accommodate specific scheduling needs.
