Harold Hongju Koh on the Trump Administration and International Law

Harold Hongju Koh, former Dean of Yale Law School and former Legal Adviser and Assistant Secretary for Human Rights at the U.S. Department of State, examined several fields of international law and President Trump's conflicts with it. From fields such as climate change to human rights, Professor Koh explained what the Trump Administration can do to preserve international rule of law. This conversation was moderated by David A. Strauss, Gerlad Ratner Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Jenner & Block Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic.
